▸ EDTS 의 개요...
EDTS 는 직장인을 주 대상으로 하는 제자훈련 프로그램입니다. 이 훈련 프로그램은 총 7 개월 과정으로 26 주의 강의 및 현장실습(Field Assignment)과 약 2 주간의 전도여행으로 구성되어 있습니다.
일주일에 원칙적으로 2 일 출석과 5 일간의 개인별 적용기간을 두고 있습니다. 이 프로그램은 개인의 성품개발, 하나님과의 친밀한 관계 회복, 하나님 안에서 자신의 독특한 은사개발 및 하나님의 부르심을 확인하여 거기에 헌신하는 일들을 돕고 있습니다.
▸ Outline
BEDTS is a modified program of DTS to serve working adults with families who cannot commit to 5 months of communal living at any of YWAM bases. Eagle DTS consists of 26 weeks of lectures and 2 weeks of outreach.
Each week is made up of two days of teaching and 5 days of application. This program is developed to help students to grow in an intimate relationship with God, to restore any brokenness in life, to discover spiritual gifts, and to be equipped for their calling.
▸ EDTS 의 목적...
1. BEDTS 의 목적은 주님께 헌신된 직장인들을 모아 성경적 원리원칙을 가르치고 진리의 말씀을 그들의 개인적인 삶에 적용케 함으로써 예수님을 닮은 성품을 개발하고 하나님과의 친밀한 관계를 회복시켜 예수 그리스도의 제자로 무장시키는데 있습니다.
2. 이를 바탕으로 하여 그들이 속한 삶의 현장 (7 Mind Molds) 에서 영적 영향력을 미치게 하여 하나님께서 선교를 위해 주시는 놀라운 특권과 책임에 따라 직업을 가진 전문인으로서 국내외에서 전문인 사역(Tent Maker)을 일으키는 것을 주목적으로 합니다.
3. 자기가 속한 지역교회와 공동체에서 잘 봉사할 수 있도록 준비시키고, 섬기는 지역교회에서 이런 훈련과정이 일어나도록 도우며, 교회가 직접 세계복음화에 효과적으로 앞장 설 수 있도록 돕습니다.
▸ Our Purpose
1. The purpose of BEDTS is to teach biblical principles to committed Christians to apply in their lives so that they may develop Christ-like character, restore their intimate relationships with God and be equipped as disciples of Christ.
2. Our purpose is to raise men and women of God to make positive influences in their professions and expand the Kingdom of God through missional living.
3. Our purpose is to prepare Christians to be an integral part of local churches and work with churches in evangelism and training.

1. 하나님과 자신, 타인과 자신과의 관계를 방해하는 모든 요소들을 깊이 있게 치유하며, 삶의 전 영역에서 겸손히 하나님의 음성을 들을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 순종하는 삶이 생활화되게 합니다.
2. 말씀묵상과 하나님과의 교제를 통해 건강한 신앙 생활이 일상화 되도록 합니다.
3. 하나님께서 우리에게 맡기신 재정과 시간에 대해 올바른 태도와 사용법을 배워서 가르침대로 생활하는 청지기의 삶을 살도록 합니다.
4. 그리스도인의 올바른 세계관을 정립시켜서 성령과 악한 영에 대해 분별력을 갖게 하고 하나님 앞에 헌신하도록 합니다.
▸ Our Goal
1. We help students to have lifestyle of hearing God’s voice and following him intimately with humble hearts.
2. We look closely into any hindrances in individuals’ lives that disrupt their relationship with God, with others, and with themselves. We help with the healing and restoring process.
3. We help students live a life of stewardship in their finances and time management.
4. We help students to establish a Biblical worldview so they may discern what is truth and be committed to God.

1. 하나님과의 관계
하나님의 성품과 하나님의 사고방식에 대한 이해, 하나님의 음성을 듣는 법, 하나님의 임재 앞에서 경건한 삶을 발전시켜 가는 법
2. 자신 및 타인과의 관계
개인의 성품개발, 각자에 대한 은사와 사역의 발견, 활용, 청지기의 삶에 대하여, 건전한 인간관계의 정립, 용서하는 삶
3. 말씀과의 관계
말씀과 항상 함께 하는 삶의 습관을 개발, 말씀을 묵상하는 삶과 그 말씀을 삶에 적용하는 법
4. 세상과의 관계
잃어버린 영혼에 대하여, 자신의 믿음을 나누는 법, 전도와 타문화선교, 미전도 종족 전도, 세상이 필요로 하는 것들, 성경적 세계관, 사회 현상들에 대한 복음적인 해석 방법
5. 교회와의 관계
위탁 및 일치, 지역교회와 선교단체의 상호보안에 대한 이해
6. 약한 영과의 관계
원수의 정체를 바로 알기, 기도와 중보기도, 영적 전쟁
